To ensure transformation success and avoid "complexity traps," users and client organizations agree to:

• Provide accurate operational data for AI model training.
• Prevent unauthorized access to Ailytica-deployed executive dashboards.
• Adhere to the Anti-Over-Customization Philosophy to maintain system ROI.

By providing mobile contact details, you consent to receive critical project alerts and marketing updates. You acknowledge that standard rates apply and that "STOP" functionality is always available for opt-outs.

All AI frameworks, proprietary "Gulf-Complexity" logic, and digital roadmaps provided by Ailytica remain the exclusive property of Ailytica unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Ailytica is a strategy and execution partner. While we strive for maximum ROI, we are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Third-party software (Microsoft, etc.) outages.
• Client-side data inaccuracies.
• Strategic shifts in market conditions across the GCC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates (as specified in your individual service contract). Any disputes shall be settled in the respective commercial courts.
