Welcome to AILytica. By accessing or using our website, products, agentic AI solutions, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
AILytica Inc. (referred to as "AILytica", "we", "us", or "our") provides enterprise digital transformation, Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, sovereign cloud architectures, and agentic AI systems. These Terms govern your use of our platforms and advisory services globally, with specific addendums for GCC operations in the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
AILytica engineers systems designed to adhere to regional compliance frameworks including the KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) standards, and Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) mandates. However, the Client remains ultimately responsible for ensuring that their internal data processing and use of our models comply with applicable laws.
All methodologies, AI frameworks, agent architectures, SHAP explainability models, and proprietary codebases remain the intellectual property of AILytica unless explicitly transferred under a Master Services Agreement (MSA). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered outputs solely for your internal business operations.
While we implement "Human in Loop" design and strict AI governance, AILytica shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from AI-generated actions, data loss, or business interruptions. AI models recommend actions; the final decision and operational liability rest with the Client's authorized personnel.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For engagements localized in the Middle East, the governing law specified in the respective localized Master Services Agreement (e.g., ADGM courts for the UAE) will supersede this general provision.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
